Sharlotte and Lattis have served for over 50 years as youth pastors, associate pastors, senior pastors, evangelists, missionaries, and educators. Presently, Lattis serves as a Missionary-In-Residence at Evangel University in Springfield, Missouri. Lattis teaches the course Global Cultures and Compassion and is able to speak into the lives of students, around 200 per semester, concerning cultural awareness and being a cultural witness for Jesus Christ. Sharlotte is now retired from active work but supports the work and ministry of the couple.
Lattis has produced one book on how to empower local church leaders (click on book image below for more information). He also has produced a video teaching series on Church Leadership Development. He presently has two other books in the beginning stages of process.
